Approve, schedule or publish from the agent

Overview

When a post is ready, the action bar lets you save it, schedule it, or publish it to LinkedIn.

Note: You need a connected LinkedIn account to publish or schedule. See Connect your LinkedIn account.

Save as a draft

Click Save Draft to keep a post without publishing. Once saved with no further edits, the button reads Saved.

Schedule

1. Click Schedule.
2. Pick a date and time, then click Confirm Schedule.

For a scheduled post you can Reschedule or Cancel Schedule. The post publishes automatically at the time you set.

Post now

Click Post Now and confirm to publish to LinkedIn immediately. If you've already published, the button becomes Post New Version.

Note: If a video is still processing, scheduling and posting wait until it's ready. You'll see a short hint while that happens.
