Overview

The Home screen is the quickest place to capture. You can type, paste, dictate, or attach one of your Ideas, all from the prompt box.

Type or paste

Write a thought or paste text into the prompt, then send it. CaptureFlow uses it as your raw material.

Dictate with your voice

1. Click the microphone in the prompt box.
2. Start talking. Your words are transcribed and added to the prompt.
3. Click the microphone again to stop.

Dictation follows your interface language and adds to whatever is already in the box, so you can mix typing and talking.

Attach an idea

Click +, choose From Ideas, and pick one of your pending or scheduled Ideas. It attaches as a chip above the prompt so your capture is linked to that Idea.
