Share a post with a teammate and they get their own copy to edit and publish from their own LinkedIn account.

Share a post

  1. On a post, click Share.
  2. Pick the teammates to share with. You can add a short note.
  3. Click Share with the selected people.

Each recipient gets their own copy in their Posts list.

What the recipient sees

The shared post appears in their Posts list with a Shared badge and a banner explaining it was shared with them. They can schedule it as is, or click Adjust to customize their copy first.

Track shares

On your original post you'll see each recipient's status: Shared, Editing, Scheduled or Published. You can View their copy or Revoke share. To find posts shared with you, use the Shared with me filter on the Posts page.
