Overview

Ideas are your running list of things to create content about. They keep you from staring at a blank prompt, and they feed your recordings and posts.

Where Ideas come from

CaptureFlow can suggest Ideas from your content strategy, and you can add your own. Each Idea has a pillar (its theme, for example Personal, Educational, Organizational or Promotional) and a format (the kind of post), and can include suggested questions to answer when you record.

The idea lifecycle

  • Pending: a new idea you haven't scheduled yet.
  • Scheduled: you've set a date to capture it.
  • Completed: you've captured content for it.
  • Archived: set aside; you can restore it later.

Note: Ideas are one of the three building blocks in CaptureFlow. See Ideas, Inputs and Posts.
