Overview
In workspaces that use approval, posts go through a quick review before they publish. This keeps a consistent voice across a team.
How it works
- A managed member doesn't publish directly. Instead they propose a post, which moves it to To Accept.
- An approver (an owner or admin) reviews proposed posts and clicks Accept to approve, or rejects them back for changes.
- Once accepted, the post can be scheduled or published.

Note: You'll only see the approval steps if your workspace has approval turned on.
